Start with your grip.
Compare the grip circumference with a paddle you already find comfortable. Both models list a 5.5-inch handle, but comfort with two hands also depends on hand size and grip style.
Choose the construction you want.
ARIA uses a 16 mm polypropylene honeycomb core. ARIA PRO pairs a 14 mm core with thermoformed unibody construction and foam-injected walls. Those are construction differences, not a guarantee of how either paddle will feel in your hands.
